There's Pulsar Max in Wellington. It's maximum jew though. They sell nendos for like $120 and never put stock on clearance. There are figures there that have been sitting around since at least 2006.
Just buy from Japanese stores. NZ is a pretty good place to buyfag from, other than our shitty currency. Fast shipping from Japan, no GST or customs fees under $400 (for now), and we have a decent postal service.
Once you know what you doing, you can get some sweet deals from trademe as well. I've found shit for like half the Japanese market price on occasion.
