Bake > Owari > SS > Neko Kuro > Tsuki > Hana > Nise
Kizumonogatari is the third book in the series, after Bakemonogatari volumes 1 and 2. It was supposed to come out years ago.
Watch it after Bakemonogatari but before Nise. Though, this is only the first part of a trilogy, so you might find it hard to wait. It's a good novel if you want to read it.
Technically Kizu is the first monogatari going by timeline.
Going by (original) release order it's the second one after Bake, so you are probably fine, if you finished Bake.

I'd almost say it'd be smarter to watch Kizu first because then you can understand Shinobu's actions in Bake.
