Pretty fantastic when it was approaching the end. I'm glad I stuck through, I still don't really get why I didn't even want to drop it at the time, but I'm glad nonetheless.
I found it entertaining. The explanation of Chiranosuke's motives and the universe seemed a bit neglected, I almost felt like 13 episodes wasn't enough. The characters were in the usual mold but likable enough, and after the opening gimmick with panty shots and meteors the plot gets pretty heavy. Maybe it's crap and I just have no taste, but I've seen worse.

It's a clusterfuck and just not very good. The game is probably much better at telling the story.

Not bad but not really good either. That being said the mech vs. tank fight at the end outside the forest was absolutely fantastic, so fucking cool. One of my favourite action scenes from last year.
