There isn't that much Manga discussion on /a/ and I wanted to discuss some slow paced gentle manga with /a/nons.
This thread is probably going to die anyway considering the lack of general interest. I'll sage my posts to stop myself from bumping it unduly anyway.
I found SoreMachi to be quite relaxing to read and watch. I don't know if it's the same sort of relaxing you're thinking of though.

I'd say SoreMachi is fairly Iyashikei enough to count.
It has some really relaxing slow points and follows the small thoughts of a school girl enjoying her life at a cafe and school.
I personally love the Anime, I wish there was more, it is a shame that Kon's VA quit being a VA a while ago.

I read before it was regularly translated I got one of those "sneak" preview booklets with some manga ordered from Japan, It was first chapter in a tiny foldable booklet of the first chapter, I was hooked.
I was a little disappointed by the sudden time skip to the future though, but she is still pretty the same even though she is older now.

Yeah, shame about the timeskip. Felt like it deteriorated a bit and we have still seen too little of the new character introduced at the abandoned island.
The newest chapter about Hitomi was fucking great though so I am still hopeful that the author can get the manga back to pre timeskip quality.
Flying witch and especially joshikausei are also comfy as fuck.
Choir is pretty good too, fairly old and not fully translated or at least I have never found it full translated.
