Maybe it's just me, but the manga isn't even that great recently. It's been a drag to read after the Hercules part, and it really could have ended right there. As of then, it's suffering Soul-Eater syndrome: shitty anime ruined its reputation, and mangaka forced to live with that and ends up going all over the place.
