Do you streamfags need serious reasons? Most obvious is quality - inferior in bitrate, usually bears an ugly watermark and is often buffered lower than stated to fit your connection, but also:

Stream sites, even popular ones like crunchy, will not get every single show that airs a season. In fact with Funi doing this shit too now seasons are often heavily split across sites. Lastly there is a stream /a/ accepts - live stream literally as it airs in Japan (no subs)
