If we're being serious, there's no way they've had sex. The most recent arcs have shown that Araragi is deliberately avoiding dealing with his feelings for Shinobu. Shinobu isn't forcing the issue either and has some pretty damn good reasons not to.

Vampires are usually intelligent and capable of feeling emotions, so they're very different from other undead and not just monsters.
