Great cast except for the main romance girl who is complete absolute shit. I can rarely say that an anime would actually be flat out better if they absolutely removed a character, but Inami takes the cake.
The entire first season is especially ruined by her. Every other joke is "LOL SHE PUNCHED HIM".

You can expect suffering.
A solid SOL. I picked it up since my first job was at a restaurant and it wasn't too focused on the job aspect. Characters get some good development but it takes some time. Season 3 really shows that.
one of those rare series where every girl is best girl.
kinda funny, very cute, it's a gag-SoL that actually has some development and resolution to the character arcs (though mainly in the 3rd season, after two seasons of slow burn).
I loved it.

If you have ever worked at a restaurant you would know that there is like the front of house staff, and the back of house staff. Then there is a dishwasher who you only see when you need to yell at him because you are out of plates.

I work with kids, volunteering at an elementary school. And one day we're all sitting down, coloring and drawing pictures or something. 2nd, maybe 3rd graders.
and I look over, and this little girl is drawing Godzilla. It's not good, but it's not terrible for a 3rd grader, I could tell it was the big G. So I ask her if she likes Godzilla, of course she does, her favorite monster is Rodan though, we're drawing Kaiju and having a great time.
Then I start asking her which movies she's seen, and she tells me about one where Godzilla has a son, and I think "oh, Minilla. should've know it would be popular with the kids." but then she says "not the ugly one, the teenage one" and I realize she's talking about the Destroyah film. She goes on to say how it made her cry when the son got killed, and then Godzilla was sad and crying, and then he got killed, but then the son got a growth spurt and grew up and beat Destroyah, but it really made her cry how sad Godzilla was in that movie.
at this point the boy next to her, who I realized had been drawing Godzilla monsters as well, probably since we mentioned them, slaps down his pencil and says adamantly, "Godzilla's never sad, he's always fierce!"
I think that's a phrase we can all take to heart.
