Not really. The Universe is 13.5 billion years old at the time Madoka begins, and the heat death of our universe is 10^1000 years later. There's no reason to act on that at all, really. We're not even 1% of the way there.

It's best to assume heat death is the final state in the Madoka universe, since that's the only scenario in which the incubator's work would be at all meaningful.
