It's a giant rock heavy in ferro-alloys, with an earth-magnet nose and hat. The core looks like a cylinder of carbon with googly eyes glued on.
Literally the "Compass Pokemon"; meaning it will naturally face polar south (geographic north) if immobile for a long time, since a 340kg magnet will likely take months to rotate in ordinance to the earth's magnetic field. It can probably switch polarity at will.
I presume its hat-magnet (vertical) combined with psychic abilities (horizontal) is how it moves. Otherwise, the nose somehow moves it horizontally, but that would make it highly inefficient due to having to levitate with one magnet, an constantly rotate itself (somehow) to propel itself towards its destination, and would require constant precise rotations as it would ordinate face much easier mid-air. If this were the case, they'd be desirable as slaves in generators.
All of this assuming that it has fairly straight-forward magnetic prowess, and cannot shift its polarities at anything but 180 degree angles. If it can, then movement is much more simple but still very inefficient and likely harmful to those around it. Two Probopass getting stuck together could be a minor catastrophe, and realistically could disable most Steel-types with ease as expense of its mobility.
