In episode 22, she almost shot Nemo to death because of two reasons:
1) Years ago he removed the Blue Water from it's control deck instead of having Gargoyle tap into its power. Because of this, the Tower of Babylon self-destructed and in turn Tartessos, Electra's home, was destroyed leaving her as the only survivor after Nemo rescued her two days after Tartessos fell.
2) Was jealous of Nadia "stealing him away", to which Nemo then told her that Nadia is his daughter. After this she almost kills him because she's mad that he's "trying to be an ordinary father" instead of sacrificing himself to fight Gargoyle, of which Nemo tells her that the part of the reason why he didn't self-destruct the Nautilus to fight Gargoyle was because he cares about Electra, to which she responds by attempting to shoot herself out of embarrassment.
It's a shame, she's kind of cute (then again, all the girls of Nadia are cuteespecially Nadia imo), but that episode really cemented how bad she is, and it wasn't even an Island Arc episode.
