Before, Aoi and Subaru were both somewhat passive in nature, they both would have said what they felt if one of them just asked, but they didn't so they both assumed the other just didn't want to talk to them. At the end, Subaru was more confident and reached out to Aoi giving her the chance to open up and say what they actually felt.

This show will always have a special place in my heart. The ending ends on a hopeful note but I still found it a bit too unsatisfying.
The couple was so adorable I wanted more, which ultimately would lead me to finally watch CCS.
