So are you ready for AOTS?
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SOddj0lKG3s
Because you should be.
ETA is 8 days.
This is going to have some of the worst threads.

Elaborate.
I'm not sure how this can attract anything worse than the harem shows will this season.
I think I'm going to like it, but it kinda bothers me that the manga is still ongoing.
Are we going to get one big coherent story arc? An original end? An open end or a cliffhanger?
This fucking week without anime its here again, guys.

They might adapt only to a certain point and resume once it's complete or they have more content to follow up. It's a possibility since the manga is runner up for a few awards and what not. Maybe A-1 will do it right. It's wishful thinking but
tacking on an anime original ending to a plot like this would just screw this up terribly.
They'll probably animate all the way torevealing who the real killer is and his attempt at MCs life
Apparently there will be a screening of the first two episodes at an event in January 5, 2 days before the anime actually airs.

Work on that backlog in the meantime, anon. Be brave.
>>135435448
>A1
>do it right
>>135435484
What part of wishful thinking don't you get? ;_;
>>135435484
A1 isn't a predictable studio (unlike Shaft and Kyoani who always do the same shit at the same shit level) it all depends on the staff and source material.
>>135435728
>it all depends on the staff and source material.
>Tomohiko Itou
>The director for SAO
I don't know about this anons, SAO had pretty shitty source material in comparison to this and this guy also worked on a bunch of Death Note episodes...
>>135435924
The staff seems closer to Gin no Saji (another Tomohiko/A1 joint) than to SAO.
>>135434505
I've been burned before.
>>135434505
The manga is near to the end, i hope for a full adaptation, that would be the right thing

If it gets to the "NTR" then people will bitch and moan nonstop even though the MC's love interest is Airi. I imagine people spoiling things from the manga will upset the animeonlyfags too, but I can't see too much else that'd cause the threads to spiral into pure shit.
>>135434879
If it's split cour or even two cour there's a good chance a second season could coincide with the end of the manga. Otherwise I imagine it'll cut off just before the timeskip, which is a good point for closure. I can't imagine them adapting the material in any other way, it's basically the prefect point to end it and leave it open for a sequel down the road.

I don't even bother discussing airing anime with /a/ anymore, I rarely even lurk the threads. This series never had much in the way of mango threads, but I will miss talking about it without shitstorms and other neo /a/ bullshit.
