His criticism of Zombieman seemed very unfair. He's calling him cowardly for having regenerative abilities, but based on the ONE interview, we know Zombieman's powers do have limits. He never knows for sure that this enemy won't be the one to really kill him. And even if it's hard for him to die, he gets hurt a whole lot. Other S-class heroes seem to frequently one-shot enemies, but he decides to fight despite knowing that he could be in for literally hours of constant pain.
Plus, Zombieman moved against Garou when he announced he would kill the child, despite being unarmed and one of the weakest members. He's very heroic, and Garou was needlessly violent in putting him down.
