King and Umaru are the only ones who are genuinely good at video games. Kirito and Sora are cheaters, Yami doesn't actually play video games, Keima only plays VN, and Shiroe only plays Elder Tale. Darby was pretty good but he hasn't played a game since the 90s.

King, Sora, and D'Arby are the most well-rounded gaymer gods. Though D'Arby has his Stand and Sora doesn't have Shiro with him, presumably, which puts him at a slight disadvantage.
Kirito and Shiroe's chances of winning are pretty low overall, seeing as how their gaming abilities are mostly limited to MMOs. The skills they've developed from playing MM/VRMMOs are hard to carry over to other games but the reverse is true as well but all the other characters are really strong, so they would be able to pull amazing shit off even if they were to compete in a VRMMO, and in fact, Sora already has.
Yugi/Atem would have HUGE advantage in games like card games, mahjong, and getting repeating digits on imageboards, thanks to the heart of the cards allowing him to cheat and draw whatever the fuck he wants but that ability isn't all powerful. Not to mention that video games aren't his forte compared to all of the other combatants. King, Sora, and D'Arby would be on pretty even ground with Yugi/Atem when it comes to most games and Yugi/Atem would be at a disadvantage when it comes to video games.
Keima is shown to be good at all sorts of games but for the most part all we see him playing are mostly galge and whatnot, so his repertoire is fairly limited. Though he is capable of playing a dozen games at the same time, even if they were all galge.
Umaru's chances here are probably the lowest, despite being a meme, since her abilities are the most realistic. However, I guess she'd probably be on par with Kirito and Shiroe when it comes to games in general, but with Kirito having a quicker reaction time and Shiroe being better at strategy. Umaru in U M R mode after having her Onii-chan's hamburg steak, 3 bags of chips, and 5 liters of cola would stand a better chance.
tl;dr it would mostly be a showdown between King, Sora, D'Arby, and Atem if all 8 of them were to run through a gauntlet of every type of game in existence. Sora would probably win if he had Shiro.
