I think every floor was specifically designed to delay the advance and/or divide the raiders to at least a manageable level. For example, while the first floor consist of swarms of undead (to set a misleading pace) which should be a cakewalk for most raiders, the succeeding floors bring in a different kind of pain, like a psychological assault on raiders by pitting them against oceans of roaches, or throwing them into horrific torture chambers, or requiring underwater breathing skills, then requiring cold resistance, then against a loli/shota duo, then a devil in hell, etc.
I wouldn't be surprised if the 8th floor's Cherry Blossom Guardian has a floor-wide skill to mass teleport raiders back to the upper floors every 24-hours, by which time all NPC skills and traps have reset their cooldowns, forcing the raiders to repeat the same dungeon all over again, all for maximum butthurt.

Albedo's build seems to be centered around being a hold-yer-ground tank, possibly with a few defensive spell buffs. Greater Teleport would make it trivial to get away from her, the problem is Demiurge (who should be able to Plane Shift all over the place) with Dimensional Lock.
