It's tied between Hibike and Kekkai for me
Hibike consistently looks gorgeous but that's easy for a slice of life show when you don't have to deal with the fast paced frames that you would in an action anime, Kekkai Sensen still manages to look great with fast-paced animation all throughout it which is tough to do. However Hibke's color scheme I prefer to Kekkai's so all-in-all I'd go with Hibike. At third would be UBW, I hate the color scheme Ufotable uses when they try to make a serioius show and the constant CGI in the fights makes everything seem mechanical, the fights lack any impact to them, instead it's nothing but streaks of life hitting each other at a fast paced in their attempt to create "thrilling" swordplay, Ufotable is the most overrated studio out there. Despite this One-Punch Man comes at fourth, it looks average half of the time and the fights aren't impressive, nothing more than a character either launching a barrage of punches or Saitama throwing a mega punch that causes everything around him to explode. I will admit that the last punch with Boros was pretty cool but everything feels completely flashy and meh.

I'd give to cinematography Kekkai, Matsumoto is a great director. Fight animations to OPM, character animation and style to Eupho. UBW as everything else Ufotable was pretty good, most times at least, at mixing CGI with 2D.
