I know it's not great, but they're huge improvements over the show.
Hopefully this means the show's quality will greatly increase when they stop showing us story everybody already knows.

You see this is what I mean. Every fucking home in Japan has a DVD of Resurrection F, or at least one person who's seen it already (exaggerated yes, but it's still a huge franchise)
When there's an episode that's going to be 60% shit we've already seen, they literally just hire the bottom barrel animators to just get it out the way. Of course the storyboard artists try their best because they have the time, but the animation get's the fucking ass-end of it all.

Probably not. Toei's scheduling for this show is terrible. They once had two months to write, storyboard, and animate the episode. They now have one month, hence the abysmal quality as of late.
Unless Toei have been working with a load of supervisors ready to be added to the rotation, then I wouldn't expect much. There's no way.
Yamamuro will probably handle episode 1, and perhaps Shida will do a cut or two later down the line, but it'll still look like shit for the most part, I'm sure.

Precure is extremely well scheduled given its length, and has a number of animators who are really passionate about the project, so it's pretty much guaranteed to look great.
One Piece has a huge rotation and pretty solid scheduling. It only really suffers when Toei's animators are tied up elsewhere.
Dragon Ball Super is getting shafted. They seem to have decided to cash in on the hype that Revival of F brought in, rather than actually wait until January, allowing for adequate pre-production and scheduling.

World Trigger got better animators too. I think some teams working on OP were working on WaTori recently, I mean the quality between episode 1-20 and 20-now is abysmal, honestly it doesn't look great(asides from some very good moments) but overall it's not the slideshow it was anymore.
Precure ends in a month or so, it will be around the time DBS finishes the RoF arc, so they'll probably rotate teams better then.
