Even if you have only been watching anime for a decade that works out to only around 10 series per season, which seems a bit below average. That is only a few hours a week of anime viewing. Unless you are really young or got into anime late it would be kind of weird to not hit 400+ series.
I guess you are planning on following only 11 shows next season so that number probably isn't far off from your usual (unless you mathoned a lot of series when you were younger and then cut back?)
Do you at least follow the three episode rule and give 25+ series a chance at the start of the season before dropping them? Or just stick to a smaller, more manageable number of shows and stick to those?

This one is a bit different for a couple of reasons.
1. It's genuinely not a harem, there are 3 girls in the 6 man party and they all end up interested in other guys at some point, including the one the MC get's a crush on
2. The MC is weak as shit rather than being a OP as fuck unbeatable asshole (in fact that title goes to the leader of the other party of people who arrive with the MC's loser party, Renji, who is a total badass). In fact his entire party is completely mediocre and spend months doing nothing but fighting Goblins (the weakest enemy in the series) while everyone who isn't in their party is off doing heroic shit
3. Everyone has amnesia so
characters aren't constantly spouting off video game terminology every 2 lines of dialogue.
So it's actually shaping up to be a pretty fun watch. It portrays what it would actually be like to fight monsters in a fantasy world more realistically than other series because stats, levels and HP aren't a thing, if you get stabbed and get no treatment, you bleed out and die from getting stabbed rather than losing HP.
