I agree that it was better over all. But both are great anyways. The only thing that kind of dissapoints me is that Anno has developed a lot as a director while Tsurumaki hasn't exactly. Plus, giving him reign over the Rebuilds was a really bad idea. His style doesn't fit eva at all.
