There's only the speed issue. I'm not sure what's Saitama's top speed, but he can leave after images just like Korosensei so their speeds can't be that different. We don't really know Saitama's top speed, after all he did it wouldn't be weird if he can reach Mach 20.

Korosensei has been shown to fly in minutes to different parts of the world, Saitama never has reached a similar speed. If he were able to get half of that speed, he wouldn't be late to any fights.
On the other side, maybe I recall this wrong, but Korosensei was unable to get fast enough to beat Earth's gravitational pull, and Saitama can. Saitama might have more explosive power, but Korosensei has a higher degree of control over it.

Lets take this for example

Korosensei's biggest assets are his speed and regeneration. Unfortunately for him, Saitama is faster (has no trouble keeping up with Sonic and Lightspeed Flash) and can punch hard enough to obliterate him completely (the shockwave alone from his serious punch wrecked Boros), including his weak spot under his tie.
Saitama wins this one hands down.

Boros, in his Meteoric Burst form, launched at Saitama, creating an explosion where he started, they clashed some distance in a flurry of punches and attacks, and but Saitama was able to hit Boros and launch him past where he started, right as the explosion from Boros' dash actually went off.

I honestly thought that Korosensei might have a chance of surviving thanks to his speed, but if Saitama can anticipate movements and has such a good reaction time (even if he can't for example, get to Brazil in 20 minutes) he wins. After all, Saitama only needs to land one punch, and there's no conceivable way for Korosensei to harm him.
What we need is a real autist to do the math on the Saitama vs. Genos spar. When he throws a somewhat serious punch that he pulls back on his fist travels with such a velocity that the air pressure it creates destroys the rock formation behind Genos. If we can find out how much pressure is needed to destroy the rock, we can eventually figure out a fraction of Saitama's max speed.
But, ultimately, we still don't know Saitama's maximums.
