Unfortunately, the wrong parts of the world are being overpopulated. Poor countries, like in Africa and the Middle East have a swelling population of young people, but what are they going to do when their economies are completely shit and have little to no education?
First world countries are always going to have an aging population because improved living conditions means the cost of living goes up and the incentive to have children goes down.
