If you'll take my word for it, it's the greatest dub that's come out since FMA, and not only was it adapted from the same author's work, it also stars Alphonse Elric's original VA in his young adult form as the titular character (this time, ironically, Vic is playing his cousin and bitter blood rival). His chops have improved amazingly.
