High Fantasy usually incorporates what is viewed as a "historical" setting even if there are many advanced and magical weapons in there. So no.
Everyone lives in stone castles and wears Victorian-era clothes yet they fight with mechanical moving swords and travel on flying ships fuelled by a blue source of infinite energy is still High Fantasy.

The Berserk Franchise works as follows to my knowledge:
>The Manga is the original story
>The anime follows the first season
That's not too different from the standards, it's the movies where it gets weird
>The three movies retell the entire story of the anime
Considering that means condensing all 25 episodes into 9 hours max, the movies skip a lot of the anime's material. The movies also use a lot of CGI which upsets some people. Then again, the anime in turn doesn't tell everything the manga tells.
Consider the movies an abridged version of the manga, for if you don't have a lot of time. Read the manga if you want to know what happens after the events of the movie/anime.
