Thoughts on the show?
I just finished it and I am very conlflicted about it and would like to hear you ppl's opinons.
I dropped the manga after 10 chapters. I didn't see the appeal to it.

It's a great series and I really like Togashi's writing because it's unpredictable and clever by battle shounen standards.

Yorknew is basically objectively good.
Chimera ant has dumb pacing (subjective) but is still extremely good and powerful.
First arc is decent.
Everything else is pretty mediocre.
Still a 10/10 series in my book

I tried it, but the further I got into it the more I could see it just taking things from other shows, tweaking them and reshowing them. A few interesting moments here and there don't make up for it and both the narrator and most of the characters make it really I enjoyable to follow.
