Is Haikyuu a good sport manga or it is just fujoshi bait?
I read Eyeshield 21 and now want another sport manga
It's pretty good. But it's not as insane as Eyeshield.

It's good, give it a go. The anime has a nice budget so most of the matches are well animated.
It's good and not as gay as something like Yowamushi Pedal
I enjoyed it more than kuroko.
you can also try ping pong the animation although that one is more about characters and less about sports.

It's generic sports shonen. The dialogue and character interactions are as generic as can be, specially in the manga. If you can stomach this, then I guess you could give it a try. But as far as sports manga go, there are much better things you could read.
If you must, I would recommend watching the show instead. It tones the whole thing down.
