I feel the same. I don't even know why I come to OPM threads on /a/ anymore. They're just endlessly shit, largely due to all the normies, but also due to /a/nons being contrarian as they oft are and shitposting.
All the waifu shit surrounding the sisters is really grating too. A large part of the point of Tatsumaki's character, I feel, is that she isn't likable, she is spoiled, egotistical, disconnected, but neckbeards still just see this idealized version of her and drool over her like 11 year old autistic kids.

Much anger, no substance. Many of her personality traits are generally dis-likable. Not universally, generally. Anything can, in some situations, be likable. Personality and design for me
Her design isn't over the top, gaudy etc or generic/something you see everywhere, pretty simple design actually. Her personality isn't perfect which is good also she has flaws like everyone else and I won't deny it but I still like her and I think it gives her room for character development with having her own conflicts, also
I honestly would rather have her be a mean tsundere Christmas cake midget with anger issues then the opposite like another uguu 10/10 flawless waifu who's always nice to everyone and does nothing but be friendship fuel
