The premise is that they've been teleported to another world to kill monsters with advanced weaponry.
First bit is that it turns out only virgins can fire the weapon, so the class fatty otaku starts shooting like crazy and tearing monsters up.
The grim reality sets in when he's suddenly an old man, as the weapons also drain the user's life force when used.
For a oneshot it's not a bad premise, but it needs serious refining before it would be workable as a series IMO.
