Everyone's only saying that because ssj3 never defeated a major enemy, ssjg lost to beerus and was a palet swap, and ssjblue is also a blue ssj1(with god ki).
Basically, if there is a new form it has to drastically change physically (in a badass way) and incorporate their tail.
I feel like ssj4 (with different color scheme) was an ingenious concept and made the most sense.
I wish they could make a form that looked intimidating, and was overpowered that had different modes (appearances while raising in power) a final form that changes your form lol.
Or a form that incorporated something from each previous ssj form.
Also focus on fighting tactics, collateral damage on a much bigger scale, impact, new techniques, attacks, new strategies of getting stronger, more lore.
