So I watched Fate/Zero out of a recommendation list and enjoyed it a lot. But I've just learned that my watch order is now fucked because It's suppose to be a prequel and I am now spoiled of all the major plot point in F/SN. Will my enjoyment of F/SN be ruined by this fact ? Should I still even watch F/SN now? From what I've heard It doesn't have the same feel as F/Z at all. Should I wath the movie, the original or the remake of F/SN ?

I haven't watched UBW, but it's the same studio and was well received. It's supposed to be an alternate route in the VN along with F/SN and Heaven's Feel. It has the same start as F/SN so nothing of value is lost if you watch it right after F/Z. You basically are just going to miss the default path, which you can just wiki if you really want to know.

I think I would normally recommend watching F/Z first, then UBW afterwards.
The only thing you need to know about UBW is that it's one of three different timelines, which means there are some characters, who you know, from F/Z, should be really important people to the story, who get unlucky and die without doing anything. This is because they're more important in the other timelines. It's really jarring at one point in particular.
