I actually do, but most manga like this usually have a lot of sex inbetween, and it makes it hard for me not to see it like porn. Another manga I like similar to this is Kimi wa Boku no Midara na Joou, but that one has a bit too much sex, and doesn't have consistent releases.

Try Hourou Musuko(or even Aoi Hana to a degree, most of Shimura Takako's stuff for that matter) or Bokura no Hentai as a start. The latter has some sex but both blow this series out of the water.
The fact that a silly ecchi manga like Kimi wa Midara na Boku no Joou is the only thing you can name shows you're absolutely clueless.
