nope it's not, quality from koto goes from mediocre to average, (the paint they use on skin it one of the things i hate hate about them) and almost always with QC issues I'm not saying that koto is worthless scales like daisy 8,3k are a pretty good since they're also huge, but I wouldn't spend 13,3k on something made by them, I have been dissappointed too many times.
