But Blazblue was already an almost impressive combination of the worst cliches of moeshit and shounenshit, as well as copious amount of paid DLC, needless rereleases and merchandising thrown into a pot and stirred into a soulless, money-grubbing mess of a mediocre fighting game. It was never ever gonna produce anything of worth to begin with.
Gravity Rush is just a creative, charming little gem that I always thought could produce a great anime if done right. I have hope.
