Youve never fired an AR15 or M16 before i take it. The recoil is very light and you can fire one with the end of the stock on the tip of your nose and hardly feel it.
The main issues with this isnt that she would get hurt but that its impossible to actually use the sights in this stance and the stock that you generally rest on the front of your shoulder would be above your shoulder which is fucking stupid.
Its a dumb pose but acutally shooting with it like that wouldnt hurt you.

Within reason sure but a dedicated sniper rifle will do the job better any and every day of the week. Its just acutal sniper rifles generally cant fire semi much less full auto but there are a couple notable exceptions to that. Dont confuse a designated marksman rifle with a sniper rifle though they are different roles.
