Yaoi wouldn't bother me at all in something like, say, a Young Black Jack or Free thread (not that I'd visit the latter), it doesn't bother me much in HxH threads (although killuafags are annoying beyond belief).

So you arbitrarily draw the line at how conventionally attractive the characters are? There's more to talk about in HxH threads even with the hiatus than there is about a few episodes of Osomatsu san, and the Killuafag/Pitou gender/etc shitposting in those threads is so much worse than just fanart. Osomatsu is a lighthearted comedy, the threads don't have to be serious in depth discussion 24/7. There's always talk about the show itself when episodes air, but expecting people to not do shit like rank or sexualize the matsus is absurd when half of /a/ is dedicated to talking about who is best girl.
