1. They do not use mana or "magical energy" for their ability both of which exist in Toaru and one or the other is needed to damage servants.

His literal immortality pushes it to at least a stalemate, and he could try to pull something off with Kyouka Suigetsu to mess with Accel and maybe trick him into slipping up somehow. Assuming Accel doesn't know Aizen's powers, getting him under the effects of Kyouka Suigetsu would be pretty easy, he just needs to look at Aizen's release which he will because he doesn't auto-reflect visible light (he'd be blind if he did)

Now that I think about it Shinji's power works on some kind of gas being released rather than something automatic, so Accel would probably just reflect it. If not, every reflection he did would theoretically be backwards (vectors are nothing more than a direction and a magnitude, and his directional perception would be backwards) until he figured Shinji's ability out and compensated.
Then again Shinji would probably just stand around and explain his power instead of just stabbing Accelerator in the head as quickly as possible.

She carries the coins for convenience, a bigger, more aerodynamic piece of denser metal would obviously be much more effective. The projectiles are the biggest weak point of her railgun.
