Delinquent stuff never sold in the west, mainly because it was about the sort of people that would beat up the average anime fan of the time. The OVAs never sold, the original company that licensed Chameleon still had VHS tapes of it for sale long into the 2000's. It probably has a better chance now, as KKOW really took off in Italy for some reason, and France got SJG, RokuBlues and others.
Speaking of SJG, are the vertical releases that cover the gap in the scans any good? I might just buy them whilst I can.
