Hard to tell, it's worth noting that Itou and Mitsuhashi began fighting an became delinquents in high school, so they fought a lot against 15-19 year olds more or less while Funabashi and Yamada dropped their amount of fighting right on high school, chances are most of the people they fought in middle school were between 13-16.
I'd say if you put 3rd year Mitsuhasi and Itou vs Funabashi and Yamada KKOW duo is the clear winner, if it's first year of high school Mitsuhashi and Itou right when they became delinquents vs Funabashi and Yamada I'd give it to them.
There are not as many fights in Ocha Nigosu but Funabashi never struggles, but he also doesn't fight against groups of people from what I remember but this also makes it hard to gauge how strong he might be.
