What is your opinion on the seiyuu industry of this decade? Seems like more and more good veterans are getting irrelevant while at the same time there's not enough good new ones who can replace them.

The whole plot is that the school is going to close due to the low amount of new students, so they form an idol group to increase the school's popularity etc.
I like the music and the girls interacting is fun, however, don't expect any character development in the Anime. You have to read their diary's to understand them more, but not all of them are fully translated.
Don't get me wrong, I like the franchise to the point that I've invested a lot of money into it (Figures, CD's and microtransactions on the mobile game), but the Anime is just boring bullshit with some horrible forced drama near the end. I say you give their songs a listen, at least the most popular ones, and then watch the Anime if you liked them enough.
Oh and the Seiyuu promo stuff like radio shows is pretty good. The cast have great chemistry. The mobile game is also fun "School Idol Festival" for Android and iOS. It's a Rythm game where you build your teams with cards of the girls.Burd a best
