Zaregoto had a decent official translation. But, the fan translation that is a lot less localized, respects cultural differences, is more faithful to original diction, and has footnotes is tons better in every way.
I would suggest staying away from Tokyo Pop, Viz, and Yen Press since they're bad in general.
