Bad storytelling-wise, not animation-wise. The animation was really good but good art can't always save a series.
It's pretty enjoyable for me so far. But we're on 3rd episode already, and various similar shows (thematic shows narrating the growth of the main groups from bad to good) had told me what the writer needs to do to keep me watching.

I genuinely like the direction of the series.
I liked K-ON, but I'd be disappointed if this was K-ON with a new set of instruments.
