Nah, the building has already been torn down if I'm remembering right, so they prevented that. I'm just wary about how they didn't really do anything to stop the future withTamaki besides finding the 7th witch, not by using the witches. The powers didn't really seem to specifically do anything to prevent the future with Tamaki as president, and they never checked the future again to make sure when this was going to happen. Sarushima stopped going to class for well over a month after she first started having the visions of the fire, so we don't know when Tamaki would be announced as the president. With an election coming up and him eventually having to choose a Vice President, I could see the vision still coming true, either with Shiraishi volunteering after whatever happens with Yamada and New Girl or some scheme by Asuka and Ushio to screw over Yamada.
I just hope this isn't the way they try to get rid of Shiraishi for his "true love before his memories were wiped"Also, I've been wary since the middle of the first act about Shiraishi and Yamada's first kiss and that she knew they kissed without Yamada remembering.
