Most of the kyoani uniforms are pretty nice.
Also sailor uniforms with a light collar and dark top are always pretty nice.
My favourite has probably got to be the Tamako Market uniforms, though, I love pinafore skirts and the sweater reminds me of my old uniform.
The worst kind are strange chuuni uniforms in bright colours that no school in it's right mind would ever have, and boring, boobsock mini skirt sailor suits in ugly colours(like in highschool of the dead).
