Something about her looks off. She looks too much like a meek classmate or even underclassman rather than giving off a noticeably more mature vibe. This is largely a personal impression though, so it's not like I expect everyone to feel the same way.
That said, this is a school uniform variant of the design and her tone might change dramatically when she's in Burial Agent garb, Black Keys and all. Could be that the years of Melty in me just makes me expect her to always look fairly serious in a way that isn't expressed in her schoolgirl design.
