Honestly, when people does translations, they do it for fun (or at least thats my experience) so I dont see a problem with them having fun as long as they explain that they are just messing around.
Now, if they had just thrown them in and attempted to make them pass as canon, then I would have been annoyed, but since they did not. I dont see a problem.
What's wrong with friends that are doing X for fun, to have fun while doing X? are we paying them for a professional result? no. At least I'm not. I'm quite grateful to them for letting us read their translation to begin with.
I wish they considered translating "Reincarnated as a slime" because it seems quite fun, but reading it through GT its a pain in the ass.

Or it could start with "I can't log out" and then go through the events leading to that.
Honestly I dont see the whole Light Novel taking more than 24 episodes, and will probably be 2 seasons, each with 12 episodes.
