Becky is a slut who is desperate to get SOMEONE to date/marry her. Her personality is incredibly rotten, and nobody likes her. The running gag is that she's a pervert and an idiot. She even attempts to grab and rape guys while on her motorcycle, but is stopped by a metal bar to the face by a guy riding a goat.
She has her funny moments, but character-wise she's the most unlikeable.

Becky might be China Saito's most clever performance. Even more than Hitagi senjougahara.
Becky does not understand she's an asshole, and that's why her character works so well. She thinks that the reason love, relationships, or friendships, don't come her way at all is because she's got impulse control issues or depression. She thinks it's because she hasn't marketed herself right or because she has reached a certain age. It's really because she only loves herself and she is incapable of realizing it. But Saito plays it so well that Becky can do ludicrous (or lewd-icrous) things and still sell that Becky genuinely wouldn't make that connection.
