Because I'm not enough of a tool or a fanboy to think everything I like is perfect, I suppose. I nearly put the thing down after reading Fate many years ago, but one thing the route DOES do well is pique one's curiosity about the things left unsaid by the route - Who even is Archer? What happened to Sakura? What's the deal with Caster, who is her Master? et cetera, et cetera. That curiosity ended up paying big dividends, as I enjoyed UBW immensely and HF was my favourite route, despite what >>123061565 may think.
F/SN isn't my favourite visual novel, but as a whole package it's still a fun ride if you're the kind of person who can enjoy Nasu's admittedly sometimes exhausting way of explaining things.
