What did everyone think about the 100% translation release? Was Miyako's route everything you had hoped for? Did you like Agave?
It certainly was not as good as some of the other routes, but I thought it was interesting to see the group of friends getting intpo each others hairs. Also, the first part of Miyako has almost nothing to do with Miyako.
Any attempt at seriousness by this VN is nothing short of cringe-worthy
They should just stick to lighthearted antics
Is there a true route in Majikoi? Was it part of the translation?

The Agave route. Not really a "true" route, just the more action focused route that brings in a lot of the elements that appeared in the other routes (like the Itagaki family and the drugs and such).
And the final release has everything translated, even the bro routes.

After 5 years of being told it was worse than cancer I finally got to read it and actually liked it. A couple parts were too melodramatic for my taste but overall, great character development, all the kazama family hijinks I could ask for and a satisfying ending. I don't know what people's problem was.

I'm aware, but Miyako and Momoyo generally play for keeps. Wanko wouldn't have a problem with Yamato dating both of them, and Momoyo would cave in to Wanko.Those scenes with the Itagaki sisters where amazing though, and is part of the reason I wish there was a Kawakami sisters route/side story/anything.

For example, whenMomoyo pounced our beloved Yamato in Mayucchi's route, she made Yamato a choice whether you want to be her dog or not. Now, if he said Yes then they would go on merry on fucking, only thing is then Mayucchi would step in and start crying since she thought Yamato was holding his cannon for her, Momoyo taunts her and she snaps, they start fighting and Momoyo loses. The group is in disarray, mayucchi leaves it and you get a bad end.

I think it depends on the route really. It makes sense sometimes, other times not so much. It would be weird if there was major conflict in Momoyo's route (other than Capt and Momo herself) since the theme is everyone working together to succeed.

Jesus, where did the quality go? A and S are so fucking bad compared to the original. The family antics and non-romantic routes MAKE the original, and most of that is cut from A and S in lieu of random assorted routes. The romantic routes were just icing on the gigantic cake, but you don't want to eat a cake made of icing, and it's truly the cake itself, that's the tastiest.

Yeah, I kind of agree but S especially did have some comfy slice of life stuff in it. Not as much as the original, but it did. I don't really care for the sex scenes personally so the abundance of them in some routes was a bit disappointing (fucking Margit and Kokoro routes).

People kept saying that about Tsubame route before it got TL'd too and I loved that route. After that I was a bit skeptical about Miyako being as bad as everyone said. Turns out I was right, it was at least decent.

S went overboard with Drama or Sex with almost every route which made most of them suck rather badly (Except Koyuki's). Some of the A routes managed to capture the original spirit which made them decent (Aiesu for example) while some of the A routes actually managed to do their own thing rather well like Benkei, Seiso, Stacy and Lee.
