Guts has managed to set himself on fire while killing a bunch of fake fairy cocoons and puts himself out by stabbing up into one. The page has a dead fetus looking body draped across him with its intestine in his mouth and him drenched in blood.
Probably one of my favorite mango. Definitely one of the best in its genre.
