Not OP but I enjoy the manga because of the quiet, uncomplicated humor of two good friends clashing and living together. I didn't much care for her old boyfriend and the talk about the miscarriage but because it was mostly a backstory thing I didn't really mind it. Besides, it was an interesting detail about the character that explained why she is where she is now.
On the other hand, them going past their current friendship for something romantic strikes me as unnecessary. Certainly, if this manga had always been about some kind of budding romance between the two I wouldn't have minded in the slightest but as it stands I don't really like the two of them being together in that way.
Maybe it's silly of me not to want romance in a genre/setting like this or maybe the author was always intending on a yuri pairing and I just didn't see it. But when all is said and done, I'm just not interested in the two as a romantic pair.
I like the way he's dealing with the narration.
Quiet and mostly simple, but it's like watching a white wall with an imperceptible breach, in which you can see another unlit room, everything moves at multiple levels, but not in an ostentatious way.
Now he only need to drop the lolis and start drawing delicious adult women, when doing hentai.
Keiko has pretty eyes.

Remembering his porn LO works Prism and Stretch come as something really quite refreshing as take on yuri, or budding yuri in Stretch example, go without too much forced boring drama cliches.
